Privacy Policy
This policy describes how enquiry information is handled by the static website, the local quote cart and the contact channels you choose to use.
Current status of this website
This site is static and the enquiry form is not connected to our own back end. Your entries are validated in your browser and assembled into an RFQ summary. The site does not claim that an enquiry has been submitted merely because the form was completed.
If you choose Send via WhatsApp, the generated RFQ text is passed to WhatsApp for you to review and send. WhatsApp then processes that message under its own terms and privacy policy. If you choose Copy RFQ instead, the text stays on your device until you paste or send it elsewhere.
What we collect when you contact us
When you contact us directly, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, company, country, contact details and the details of the products and quantities you are enquiring about.

- Correspondence history relating to your enquiry and any orders
Why we use it
Enquiry information is used only to respond to and administer your enquiry and any resulting supply relationship.
- To prepare a quotation and the current wholesale list for your items
- To confirm and record an order specification
- To arrange fulfillment, documentation and shipping
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent enquiry data
- We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing lists
- We do not knowingly collect information from individual consumers, because we supply business and research buyers only
- We do not ask for and will not process payment card details through this website
Analytics, cookies and tracking
This site currently sets no analytics cookies, loads no third-party analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party chat widget. It also loads no external fonts or scripts from other domains.
First-party scripts run the navigation, range filter, quote cart and enquiry validation. Quote-cart selections are stored only in your browser local storage so they remain available between pages. They are not sent to us unless you deliberately send the generated RFQ through a contact channel.
If analytics or a server-side form is added later, this section will be updated to state what is used and what it collects before it goes live.
Sharing
Where fulfilling an order requires it, relevant details are shared with the parties needed to complete it — for example a carrier or forwarder handling your consignment. They receive what the shipment requires and nothing more.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting supply relationship, and for any period we are required to keep records. You can ask us to delete correspondence that we are not required to retain.
Your requests
You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no retention obligation applies. Send the request through a contact channel and identify the correspondence you mean.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the enquiry form is connected to a back end, when analytics is introduced, or when the handling described here otherwise changes. The version on this page is always the current one.
