This policy describes what this static website does and does not collect, and how enquiry information is handled once you contact the supply desk by WhatsApp or email.
This website
This site is static. It has no enquiry form, no account system, no shopping cart and no server-side storage of visitor data. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising pixel, chat widget or external font. The only scripts are first-party and run the navigation and the compound filter in your browser.
The WhatsApp link on each page redirects to WhatsApp with a message started for you. From that point WhatsApp processes the conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Email goes to the Pepti supply desk directly.
What we receive when you contact us
When you enquire, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, organisation, country, contact details and the compounds, formats and quantities you are asking about.

Why we use it
Enquiry information is used only to respond to and administer your enquiry and any resulting supply relationship.

What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent enquiry data
- We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing lists
- We do not knowingly collect information from individual consumers, because supply is to business and research buyers only
- We do not collect payment details through this website
Sharing
Where fulfilling an order requires it, relevant details are shared with the parties needed to complete it, for example a carrier or forwarder handling the consignment. They receive what the shipment requires and nothing more.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting supply relationship, and for any period the manufacturer is required to keep records. You can ask for correspondence that is not subject to a retention obligation to be deleted.
Your requests
You can ask what enquiry information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no retention obligation applies. Send the request to [email protected] and identify the correspondence you mean.
Changes
This policy is updated if a form, analytics or any other collection is added to the site. The version on this page is the current one, and the review date in the footer is the date it was last checked.
