The quotation repeats the CAS number, the format and quantity, the typical lead-time window that applies, the packing and the documents supplied. For allocated stock it names the lot, so you can open that lot's public record before confirming.

Confirm and wait the stated window
A sample kit typically ships in 3–7 days after specification and payment confirmation; a production batch typically takes 10–14 days; an OEM repeat batch typically 14–18 days. These are typical windows, not commitments, and the quotation states the one for your order.

Receive the goods with the certificate
Raw powder arrives cold-chain in a sealed container; vials arrive stoppered, capped and labelled with the compound, the fill and the lot. The certificate confirmed for that lot on the quotation is supplied with the order documents.
